3. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) or available as a Lifetime Membership. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on the plan you choose.
Payments are processed through third-party platforms including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (via RevenueCat). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize the respective platform to charge your payment method.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the content you post, including pigeon records, photos, breeding data, and any other information you submit through the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
By posting content on PigeonPro, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit minors
- Transmit spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PigeonPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
